These terms apply to orders placed directly through sacredbloomoracle.com, operated by Sacred Bloom Oracle. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Refund & Returns Policy.
Products and listings
Sacred Bloom Oracle sells physical oracle and tarot decks and other products described on their individual listing pages. Please review the product description, what is included, price, and shipping information before ordering.
Some listing images are artistic promotional mockups. Props and other items shown in those images are included only when the listing specifically says they are. Printed colors and details may vary slightly from what appears on a screen.
Orders and payment
Please check your items, email address, and delivery address before placing your order. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout; applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before you submit payment. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled item.
Production, changes, and cancellations
Each deck is made to order and printed after purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact sacredbloomoracle@gmail.com immediately with your order number. A change or cancellation is possible only if the order has not yet been submitted for production. Once submitted, production may begin immediately and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping and processing
Processing: 2–5 business days before production begins. This includes order verification and preparation.
Production: 2–5 business days to print and prepare your deck.
Shipping: An estimated 10–15 business days for international delivery, depending on the destination and carrier.
Ships from: Hong Kong through our production partner.
Tracking: Tracked shipping is included. We will send tracking information when it becomes available.
After production, your deck is packaged with care and shipped to the address supplied at checkout. The deck is securely shrink-wrapped for protection during transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, destination, or customs processing.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised for your order, we will contact you and offer the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Report visible shipping damage as soon as you discover it. Please keep the item and packaging, and do not return anything until we provide instructions.

Our decks are intended for creativity, personal reflection, and entertainment. Interpretations are personal, and no particular result is guaranteed. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
